			<description>&lt;p&gt;I had my roof retiled last year and while he was up there the roofer suggested that the chinmey stack needed strengthing as the large TV arial that was bolted to the side was pulling the chimney over.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As I do not have a TV, and don&amp;#39;t intend getting one, I suggested that removing the arial would lengthen the life of the chimney.&amp;nbsp; The roofer agreed and removed the arial, which turned out to be very big and heavy once it reached the ground!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As an afterthought the roofer poin [...]</description>
